Baked Goods:

Coffy will be offering a small assortment of baked goods including breakfast pastries, cake slices, cup cakes and cookies.  While most items will be created by outside bakers there will be a selection of home made items.

 

Coffees:

Our specialty coffees use beans ground on-the-spot and made via the European, method of brewing which creates a finer, sweeter espresso with a light “crema.”  This is combined with hands-on frothing of milk into micro-beads to create a foamier, sweeter, richer latte.  Coffy is pleased to be able to present specialty coffee beans from a variety of regions roasted by local and national roasters.

 

Tea:

Coffy Cafe presents a selection of fine green, black, herbal and dessert of teas through the Art of Tea.  Carry-out or stay in with our pick-your-own tea service as we offer a choice of unique cups, saucers, teapots and coffee pots for in-house use.
